COLNE Corner Surgery is having a telephone system make over.
With effect from 9 a.m. on Monday, the telephone number for the surgery will be changing to 01282 731250.
Kathryn Phillips, Business Manager at the surgery, said: “We are upgrading our telephone system as part of a programme of work to modernise our practice systems. The aim is to make sure all of our systems are up-to-date and to enable us to provide the best possible service for our patients.
“We will ensure that all our staff are trained to use the new system prior to the changeover date, but the new system will mean a considerable change for everyone, particularly our receptionists. We are asking patients registered with the practice to please bear with us during the first few days whilst we all get used to it.”
