THE Pendle Under 11s Forest Eagles are looking for new players to strengthen their football team.
The team is hoping to build on its success last season and is looking for dedicated players to join them.
Team manager Paul Larnach said: “Next season, the team will be moving up and playing nine-a-side – and the offside rule will come into play for the first time.
“We pride ourselves on the fact that we have a great bunch of boys who love the game and work hard as a team.
“We’d love to hear from any football-mad boys or girls who are currently in Year 5 at school who would like to join us for training before the start of the new season.”
Training is held from 10-30 - 11-30 a.m. every Sunday at Pendle Forest Sports Club in Fence. Simply turn up with your football gear and shinpads.
