PENDLE Phoenix RUFC are back in training and getting ready for the 2012/13 season.
Training started three weeks ago with new coach David King the early signs are looking good.
They will start the campaign with new leadership on the field with James Finucane and Jonny Harper taking on the captain and Vice Captain roles.
Everyone is welcome to come join in with training whether they are an experienced player or just want to get fit.
Training will now be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-45 until 8-15 at Hodge House playing fields.
Pendle also has the honour off welcoming a number of top Lancashire coaches to Hodge House on Wednesday when they hold a Scrum Factory to help improve players technique and knowledge.
