COLNE FC enjoyed a barbeque afternoon at the XLCR Stadium on Sunday, rounded off by presentations to last season’s prize winners.
For the first team, goalkeeper Chris Thompson won both the Manager’s player of the season and the Players’ player of the season awards.
For the reserves, Nathan Gibson also achieved the double, taking the Reserves Manager’s player of the season and the Reserves Players’ player of the season accolades.
Sam Hayes was awarded a watch in recognition of the 10 years that he has played for the Club.
Retiring reserve team manager Chris Davies also received a watch in appreciation of his many years’ service.
Chairman Dave Blacklock thanked all the people who work behind the scenes to keep the club going and awarded the Chairman’s Cup to Janette Harries for her outstanding efforts.
