THE points were shared in this Craven League Second Division clash, with Ingrow by far the happier team.

Renegades were slow to start and were very wasteful in possesion.

Ingrow battled hard and were closing the ball down well, making life very hard for the home side.

Chris Batley had a bright first half but couldn’t just find a finish for his side.

Renegades came out second half and tried everything to force a way through the Ingrow defence, but the visitors were determined to leave Sough Park with something.

All three substitutes were introduced to try and change things, with Renegades throwing everything at Ingrow.

A Lee Ashworth corner was cleared and then the ball back in was volleyed goalbound by skipper Nathan Taylforth, but man of the match Stuart Wood in the Ingrow goal pulled off a superb save.

Ashworth and Shaun Bailey had attempts to break the deadlock but both were off target, and the visitors managed to hold out for a very gutsy point for their efforts.

Taylforth was man of the match for the locals.

Tomorrow sees Renegades travel to Bingley Town, kick-off 2 p.m.

Steve Sagar Building Contractor is pictured handing over new shirts to chairman Jeff Tipler of Pendle Renegades.

FINAL SCORE: Pendle Renegades 0, Ingrow/Worth Valley 0
