Striker Sam Vokes has no qualms about scoring the goal which would push former club Wolves closer to a second-successive relegation.
Vokes left Molineux last summer - after Wolves had dropped out of the Premier Leeague - to move to Turf Moor, after a successful loan spell last season.
And tomorrow the Clarets travel to the Black Country with Dean Saunders’ men on the brink, level on 51 points with second bottom Barnsley and Peterborough in 21st place.
Vokes said: “It will be the first time I’ve been back since I left in the summer - it’s a strange situation because this time last year they were a Premier League and got relegated and they face that again this year. But my first priority is making sure we’re safe and getting the points we need, and I wouldn’t say no to scoring.”
