The assistant manager of the Morris Dancer’s pub in Colne admitted assault and damage when she appeared before Burnley Crown Court.
Elysia Day said she acted in self defence in answer to the allegation of assaulting Kirsty Ryan after an argument, but accepted that she had caused injury.
The damage was caused when Day grabbed Miss Ryan’s phone and smashed it to the ground.
She was remanded on conditional bail until June 25th for pre-sentence reports.
