Pendle’s first glass festival has been described as a great success by its organiser.
Karen Redmayne, who has been an artist at Higherford Mill for the last 10 years, joined up with seven other glass artists from across the North-West to put on the two-day exhibition, which drew an estimated 500 visitors.
People were invited to have a go at glass art themselves and Karen said it was hoped to hold another event in 2014.
