THE frost and snow may have beaten the amateur football schedule last weekend, but Barnoldswick Town were still able to celebrate some success.
North West Counties Premier Division title-chasing Town’s home clash with Glossop North End last Saturday was called off the night before.
But the same day, the club’s joint managers (from left) Ben Hall, Stewart Airdrie and Kevin Richardson were named Managers of the Month for January.
Town enjoyed a hat-trick of wins, beating Congleton Town 2-0 at home, while picking up three points on the road at AFC Liverpool (1-0) and Winsford United (2-1).
Town will look to get February underway in style at Flixton tomorrow.
