Former Earby star Glen Chapple claimed his 900th first-class wicket for Lancashire last week.
The 39-year-old seamer reached the landmark on day two of the County Championship Division Two match against Gloucestershire at Aigburth.
Captain Chapple - in his 22nd season with the county - earlier hit 14 to also take him past 8,000 first class runs.
Chapple, who won a one-day international cap for England in 2006, captained Lancashire to the Championship title in 2011.
