A man and woman from Nelson have been warned they go to prison for their part in an affray in which a boy of 14 was hurt.
Damien Geddes, of Charles Street, and Antonia Shepherd, of Highfield Crescent, were said to have been part of the affray in which four people were assaulted.
Burnley Crown Court was told the boy was one of three people punched and kicked during a series of incidents when bare-chested Geddes was captured on CCTV. The recording will be played in court before they are sentenced on September 20th.
Judge Beverly Lunt remanded both defendants on bail and ordered them not to contact each other.
