A course and skills session will be run there by club coach Alan Gornall, Commonwealth games gold medallist and former Great Britain international. Clive Escreet, Pendle’s healthy life style manager, added: “We are delighted to be working with CSP. Cycling is growing tremendously fast and our led rides are very popular. This will be a great opportunity to see how the club develops its young members and to show the fun side of cycling as well as the competitive pathways available.”
There is also an opportunity for 30 youngsters to pass level 1 Bikability. Club coach Kirti Greyson will lead a team of coaches and pass on some useful riding skills.
