A KELBROOK nursery has launched a cook book to help parents make delicious and nutritious food for their children, no matter how fussy.

“What’s for tea?” was written by the cooks at Brook Farm Nursery, Allison Durkin and Lorna Reardon, after parents said the youngsters loved the meals they serve up.

Nursery owners Richard and Debbie Wilson said they use home-grown and local produce, and believe that home-made food and lots of outdoor play is the recipe to a healthy and happy day.

Pendle MP Andrew Stephenson was also at the nursery, which celebrates its third anniversary this summer, to support the launch.

The book can be bought by emailing brookfarmnursery@btconnect.com and costs £10.
