GOVERNMENT inspectors have dismissed three appeals from the Colne area into Pendle Council decisions surroundimg planning matters.
A resident in Leyland Close, Trawden, had appealed to the Department of the Environment against a condition imposed by the council on permission granted for the erection of a conservatory.
Appeals were also lodged against enforcement notices requiring the cessation of dog grooming at Lower Beardshaw, Trawden, and the removal of decking at 36 Venables Avenue, Colne.
A report to the council’s Colne and District Committee said all three appeals had been dismissed.
